The ancient fiddle existed more than a thousand years ago. We picked up this art, loved it and want to share it.
KWUAN BOON
Quartet-master and our quartet's rising arranger. With his technical capabilities, our master fiddler can play almost any music, even transcriptions of western violin on the Erhu.
Kwuan Boon holds a Diploma in Erhu Performance jointly awarded by Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts & China Central Conservatory of Music.
He is also the 2010 & 2016 2nd prize winner of the Biennial Singapore National Chinese Music Competition Erhu Open Category.

WEILIN
You see here a perfect example of someone who is unable to escape the charms of a fiddle. Ever since her primary school days, she has been trapped by this enchanting instrument. Let's bet when she can escape.

RUI JUN
Rui Jun is a young and rising star player in the fiddling scene. Younger than all of us, but maybe, not young anymore. His music shall captivate you.

ANDREW
Andrew has taken his musical hobby to a different level. He is a master at sight-reading. Older than us all, but actually, not that old after all, his rich life experience shines through in his passionate playing.
Andrew holds an ATCL Music Diploma in Cello Performance awarded by Trinity College London.
Andrew plays the Cello in Stringanza.
VINCENT
His photo speaks , "Eyes on me" .
True enough, its eyes on him at every performance Vincent did.
Stringanza's only model completed his PhD in Canada.
If you happen to see him performing with Stringanza, you are one lucky audience. Remember to call him Dr.~

Mastermind behind the creation of Stringanza and also the Master of arrangement and composition.
Currently going strong as a full time local young composer, Kok Jun doesn't fiddle much any more, but you might just unexpectedly catch him in action with us!
